Upfix partners with landlords, letting agents and property professionals to provide a seamless domestic appliance maintenance service. We’re perfectly placed to ensure you get appliances fixed when needed at a reasonable price by friendly and professional engineers. Becoming a Partner gives you the power to create and manage appliance repairs from our Partner dashboard. Our engineers are experienced, DBS checked, and we cover the South-East of England. Current postcodes covered SO/GU/RH/BN/PO/TN

5% commission on all callout charges paid back to you on a half-yearly basis in June & December

Tenant callout availability booking

Easily offload the callout booking to the tenant. You authorise the repair, and the system notifies the tenant, giving them the ability to book a convenient callout time.

We’ll keep you, and the tenant informed through the life cycle of the repair, with live status updates in the dashboard, emails and text messages to the tenant.

Real-time callout availability

Our booking engine presents the real-time availability of engineers, making it easy to coordinate a time window with the tenant.

Key Collection

Sometimes, it is just as easy to collect the keys! We give you the option to let us collect and return the keys to you, making the callout time more flexible and no Tenants having to wait in.

Manage Properties

Easily add and manage properties from the dashboard. We let you see all repairs, callouts and invoices related to the property.

View Invoices

See all invoices relating to the repair, from the initial callout to subsequent new appliances being installed. Your account balance is also visible in the dashboard.
