By giving your Tenants their own admin login direct with yourself all communication is instant and recorded. For example, a tenant reporting a maintenance report with photos can do this on their phone and you get notified immediately, this can then be updated accordingly through the task ticket until completion.

Tenancy Agreements and Documents with Digital Signing
Our own developed Agreement and Document template maker allows you to create your own documents for tenants or whatever you prefer. Simply create the document and assign it to your tenant, they can then log in to their account, fill out the blank spaces and digitally sign the document. Once signed the document is locked and stored for all involved.
