I found this, but I don't know if it's correct: The Scottish House Condition Survey (SHCS) suggests there are four levels of disrepair: basic, critical, urgent, and extensive. Any (or Basic) disrepair is the minimum threshold and relates to any damage where a building element requires some repair, however minor, beyond routine maintenance.
