Citizen Advice Bureau – Organisation that Can advise landlords
This organisation is national, and they can help with problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice, they believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. The service is national and free for all.
They as an organisation give people the knowledge and the confidence, they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
DPS – Company that protects tenant deposits
DPS is a company and not an organisation. They keep deposit money safe for letting agents, landlords and tenants. Their free Custodial scheme is fast and efficient, and they also provide a competitively priced Insured scheme. They have over ten years’ experience of protecting tenancy deposits.
DPS is authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.

Landlord Zone is a company, not an organisation. A source of a knowledge base for all landlords. LandlordZONE® is a free open-access website for landlords and agents involved in letting property – novice and experienced alike.
The landlord Zone site has been helping landlords and agents to manage their investment properties successfully since 1999.
It is also an online community with Forum, Blogs, Articles, Legal Up-dates, Landlord Guides, Daily News, RSS feeds and Social Media links.
The website provides free access to comprehensive and reliable information, case law, letting processes and procedures; resources such as notices, and standard letters.
My-Deposits – A tenancy deposit protection company
My-Deposits is a company that protects tenancy deposits. Mydeposits began in April 2007 when the tenancy deposit protection legislation first came into force. They have been protecting tenant’s deposits on behalf of landlord and agent members ever since. They, as an organisation, have seen first-hand how deposit protection has helped raise renting standards.
Open-Rent online company products for landlords
Open Rent does a lot more than property ads and listings. They offer a full tenancy creation service called Rent Now, and everything else a landlord may need to rent a house, including gas & electricity safety certification, photography and insurance.
