My company has been granted a possession order but he court has failed to post it out in time stating staff shortages causing 8 week delay. My question is can I still get a warrant of possession or do we have to wait for the court to send the possession order even though the 14 days have passed? Also then how long do we have to wait before getting the warrant for the bailiffs?
