why are CCJ's not registered against a tenant when a landlord evicts a tenant for rent arrears, the whole thing is a scandal, we get treated like shit and tenants get away with day light robbery. What are landlord organisations doing about this?

Desmond you have a good point. The BLA seems to be the only one doing anything about it.

To be honest with you i didnt even know the CCJ's were not registered.
