Coleen Hill asked 1 year ago Hi, Utility fair usage policies we have some houses that we do with bills (dont ask bain of my life) however we normally put a set price to cover all but with the price of gas and elec sky rocketing we are unsure how to play it now. do we put the policy amounts up to try and keep up wth the rising costs (if so what are the suggestions 1 bed up to 5 bed) or charge it per KWH & standing charge?
