Debra Forster asked 11 months ago Ihave an upperflat. This morning i ecieved a call from the builder at the lower flat to say there is a leak and appears to be coming form my flat. thsi was found to be coming from the washer which has been fixed. The owners o the lower flat are seeking comenpensationof £4000 saying that is likely to be the builers bill. The builder refused to say how much has been caused by damage. I have contced my insurance company though the didn\'t seem to be too helpful as the damage is not in my flat. What is my best course of action?
