my tenant won't let the gas engineer in, she is not letting anyone in. she says it is because of the coronavirus. what can I do, my tenant is mad?

Get confirmation by email, the tenant is not allowing access. Send an email to the housing department local to the let property. Put them on notice the tenant is not allowing access. This will cover you. Keep the emails safe, print them, keep them on file.
