you should write to the tenant. if the tenant still fails to pay you could deduct the cost out of the deposit money.

if you did not take any deposit then you could consider issue a small claim.

You could consider serving a section 8 notice. Dependsbon the wording of the tenancy agreement. You would cite ground 12
