When I first read about the CFA, I thought I would not qualify. I didn't have money to pay for the legal work. I was told it is for every existing member. This morning it all came through super fast. saved £400 anyone else used this yet?
If you have not used it, you can check it out the link below:
i contacted the BLA advice line, completed the form, got a call from the lawyers, so far so good, we see how things go. We need some help, the government is not helping. Tenants just feel they don't need to pay.
Pig sick of this whole situation. I need the tenant to pay rent.
I have to pay my way in life, why do they think they can lounge around, do fuck all and think they don't have to pay rent. No on
I got free advice and a section 8 notice served, impressive service. I was a member of the NLA i paid for membership and a shit service in return. With the BLA i didnt pay for the membership and expected the bla to be shit instead they turned out to be ok. Got some benefit from my membership. cant grumble
