I dont have a written tenancy agreement can i still evict my tenants under accelerated route.

Yes even though you have an oral AST under the HA 1996 you are permitted to have an oral tenancy.

But because you do not have a written agreement, you cannot use the Accelerated route. You have to go down the fixed date route.

I would use someone like Landlord Advice UK who are one of the national market leaders when it comes to tenant eviction.
