I have to carry out some structural repairs to my shop which means the business leasing the shop will need to close for a couple of weeks, where do I stand with regard to this?

This would in part depend (1) what your lease says. (2) if the repairs are tenants responsibity under the terms of the lease, and the crucially the repairs that need to be done are they the tenants responsility or landlords?
