Any advice about incompetent agents

I ve been waiting nearly four months for my agents to replace a window which my tenant flagged up before Christmas. Tenants at end of tether, agents fobbing me off with bland statements. I don t want to go through a similar process by changing agents at this stage but how can I get any action?
